Website analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and completed driver applications and to understand the effectiveness of our advertising. The pixel loads when you visit our site and may use cookies and browser information to associate visits with Meta advertising. Our application conversion events include the position and a random event identifier, not your name, contact details, screening answers, comments or résumé.

Driver applications

When you apply through our careers pages, we collect your name, address, phone, email, position interest, screening answers (including your FedEx contractor and active FedEx ID when applicable), any comments, and an optional résumé if you choose to upload one. We send these details and the résumé attachment to our hiring team through Resend, our email delivery provider, to review your application and contact you about driving opportunities. Please do not include Social Security numbers, license numbers or detailed medical information. Applying does not enroll you in marketing messages.

SMS communications

Steel Anchor Inc. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you communicate with us via SMS.

Information We Collect: We collect your phone number when you contact us via SMS or provide it for business communication.

How We Use Information: We use this information solely to respond to your inquiries and provide service updates.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
